Project Execution & Delivery

Between confirming the list and shipping the goods, there will be sample changes, quantity adjustments and lead time changes. We record these on the same list, so both sides always know where each item stands.

What we follow up

The bigger the project, the more it changes. Every adjustment is confirmed first, then carried out.

Progress follow-up

Status updated item by item on the list: to be confirmed, sampling, in production, ready to ship.

Change log

When specifications or quantities change, we explain the effect on price and lead time first, and update the list once confirmed.

Phased scheduling

With many categories and different lead times, production and shipping can be phased by priority.

Delivery documents

Packing details prepared before shipment, so goods can be counted by room or area on arrival.

Estimating the timeline

The overall timeline depends on customization, number of categories and shipping method. Below is the typical order for a standard linen project; actual dates are set together once the list is confirmed.

Quote
Can be given quickly when the list and specifications are complete.
Samples
Standard products are faster; custom fabrics or colors take longer.
Production
Confirmed by quantity and factory schedules.
Shipping
Sea transit varies by route and follows the sailing schedule at the time.

What we follow up

We coordinate the China side; on-site work is discussed separately.

How we can help

  • One point of contact, so you don't deal with several factories separately.
  • Regular progress updates, with early notice of any delays.
  • All approvals and changes recorded and available at any time.
  • After delivery, restocking follows the original specifications.

Confirmed per project

  • On-site installation and setup are outside the standard scope and discussed separately if needed.
  • Lead times follow the contract.
  • Delays caused by design changes, payment or sailing schedules are handled by agreement between both sides.

How long until opening?

Tell us your planned opening or delivery date, and we'll work backward to see how long to allow for samples, production and shipping.
