Consolidated Purchasing & Logistics

Goods from different factories are gathered in one place for checking and packing, then shipped to your delivery location. Packing, shipping marks and export documents are confirmed with you item by item before shipment.

From factory to port,
these are the things to coordinate.

How it's arranged depends on where products come from, quantities and the delivery location.

Supplier coordination

Combining production progress from each factory and setting the overall ship date by the latest batch.

Consolidation & checking

Once goods are gathered, quantities are counted, carton labels checked, and items sorted by room or category.

Packing & loading

Carton specs and loading planned by volume and weight to reduce transit damage.

Export documents

Preparing the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents; other certificates are handled per destination country requirements.

Gift boxes, hang tags and packaged towels

How to choose the shipping method

Chosen by volume, timing and budget. Trade terms are stated in the quote, usually FOB or CIF; other terms are confirmed per project.

FCL
Used for larger volumes, with lower freight per unit.
LCL
Used for less than a full container, charged by volume.
Air freight
Suited to samples or urgent small batches, at higher cost.
Transit time
Varies by route, season and port, and follows the sailing schedule at the time.

Who does what in transport

We coordinate the export side; customs clearance and delivery in the destination country depend on local conditions, confirmed first.

How we can help

  • Coordinating deliveries from each factory into one shipment.
  • Planning packing and container loading, and confirming shipping mark content.
  • Preparing export documents and supporting export customs clearance.
  • Working with your nominated forwarder, or providing forwarder quotes for your reference.

Confirmed per project

  • Destination customs clearance, duties and delivery to the hotel (such as DDP) are confirmed separately based on the destination country.
  • Transit times are not guaranteed and follow the actual sailing schedule.
  • Whether special documents such as certificates of origin or fumigation certificates are available, and their cost.

Tell us where the goods are going.

Destination and timing decide the shipping method. Tell us the delivery location and planned arrival date, and we'll work out the arrangements together.
