01Requirements & listConfirm product scope
You provide the hotel type, number of rooms, product list or BOQ, and planned delivery time.
We organize it into a standard-format inquiry sheet and flag missing specifications and unclear quantities for you to fill in.
02Selection & quoteConfirm specifications and pricing terms
Recommended specifications and prices item by item, stating the fabric, weight, packaging and trade terms each price covers.
Quotes have a validity period and are recalculated if specifications or quantities change.
03Sample approvalApproved samples kept
Samples arranged as needed to check size, fabric, color, logo and packaging.
Approval results go into the written specification, and both sides keep an approved sample.
04Production & inspectionProduction to the approved sample
Production is scheduled after ordering, with regular progress updates.
Before shipment, goods are spot-checked as agreed with photo records; third-party inspection can be arranged if needed.
05Consolidation & deliveryDocuments & shipping check
Goods from several factories are gathered, quantities and shipping marks checked, then loaded and shipped as agreed.
If you need to restock after delivery, you can reorder to the approved specifications.

What's the minimum order for a first order?
MOQ 300 pieces.
Can you send samples first?
Yes. Samples are made to the approved specifications before bulk production; sample and shipping fees are stated per product.
What trade terms do you support?
FOB and CIF are most common. For door-to-door delivery (DDP), destination customs and duties need to be confirmed first.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on customization, quantity and shipping method. Once the list is confirmed, we'll give you a schedule for samples, production and shipment.
