Guestroom desk
Confirm desk and chair as a set
Simulate actual writing and laptop use, checking knee space under the desk and the walkway with the chair pushed in.
Inquire by specification
For desks, dressing tables or extra seating in the room; confirm against under-desk clearance, seat height, backrest style and upholstery fabric.
Measure the clear width and height under the desk first, then confirm the chair body and its pulled-out footprint; record seat size separately, in cm.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| With a desk | Record under-desk clear height, clear width between legs and seat height | Guestroom desks and work tables | For chairs with arms, check that the arms fit under the desk and the chair leaves a clear walkway when pushed in. |
| With a dressing table | Record top height, seat width and depth, and mirror position | Dressing or short sitting | When test-sitting, also check mirror sight line and knee space, rather than choosing by overall chair height. |
| Arms & backrest | Record arm height, backrest height and maximum outline | Chairs with arms or upholstered backs | Include arm and backrest bulge in the finished size, and check contact with the desk edge and wall. |
| Pulling out & cleaning | Record clear space behind and beside the chair in use | Near wardrobe doors or in compact rooms | Check the space for guests getting up, wardrobe doors opening and housekeeping moving the chair. |
Match chairs to the desk's use and how long guests sit; test-sitting on site tells you more than looks.
Confirm desk and chair as a set
Simulate actual writing and laptop use, checking knee space under the desk and the walkway with the chair pushed in.
Mirror sight line and easy access
Trial sitting down, turning and getting up first, then confirm arm style and backrest profile.
Check the clearance of each desk or table separately
When one chair is used in different room types, check desk leg positions, under-desk height and movement space for each.
Enter width × depth × height in cm, measuring the largest outside dimensions of the finished piece. For round items, enter the diameter as both width and depth. Add drawings in the notes for special structures or combined sizes.
Record the material, color and finish you need above. When you inquire, please provide color codes, reference images or samples; wood grain, upholstery and metal finishes are checked against samples.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then choose another configuration and add it too. Each specification is kept separately and can be submitted together on one inquiry sheet.
Use the additional requirements to note the project location, site installation conditions, assembly method and packing needs. Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed once specifications, quantities and delivery terms are clear.
