Compact king rooms
Check the walkway at the foot of the bed before choosing depth
In the sample room, simulate making the bed, wheeling luggage and opening wardrobe doors to confirm the bench doesn't block needed space.
Inquire by specification
For changing shoes, setting things down and room styling at the foot of the bed; confirm proportions against bed width and the walkway.
Record the bench's maximum width, depth and height in cm, and choose based on bed width, the walkway and bedding drop.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| At the foot of the bed | Record bed width and the clear distance from the foot of the bed to the furniture opposite | Foot of the bed in king rooms or suites | Width is the bench's outside dimension; leave room for guests to pass and for bed-making at the foot of the bed. |
| Sitting to change shoes | Record seat height, overall height and cushion thickness separately | Changing shoes and short sitting at the foot of the bed | Sit on a sample to check sitting down and getting up; cushion thickness is not a substitute for actual seat height. |
| Rug & bedding | Record the rug edge, bedding drop at the foot of the bed and leg positions | Rooms with rugs or long bedding drop | Keep the bench from crushing the duvet, and check leg positions and ease of daily cleaning. |
| Adjacent furniture | Record the space needed for opening wardrobe doors and unpacking luggage | Foot of the bed near a wardrobe or TV unit | Recheck the walkway in actual use; the bench should also have somewhere to go when moved. |
Plan the bench around walking and sitting at the foot of the bed; its size should be decided with the overall room layout.

Confirm seat height and upholstery by actually sitting
Check that guests can stand up easily, and check shoe placement, leg positions and floor cleaning together.
Coordinates with bed frame, rug and seating area
Fix the bench proportions and position first, then match upholstery and wood samples together, so single-item choices don't clash later.
Enter width × depth × height in cm, measuring the largest outside dimensions of the finished piece. For round items, enter the diameter as both width and depth. Add drawings in the notes for special structures or combined sizes.
Record the material, color and finish you need above. When you inquire, please provide color codes, reference images or samples; wood grain, upholstery and metal finishes are checked against samples.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then choose another configuration and add it too. Each specification is kept separately and can be submitted together on one inquiry sheet.
Use the additional requirements to note the project location, site installation conditions, assembly method and packing needs. Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed once specifications, quantities and delivery terms are clear.
