Standard guestroom luggage areas
Position it for the space an open case takes
Trial with a typical case to check loading height and that the walkway stays clear with the lid open.
Inquire by specification
For handling luggage during the stay; choose by case size, room position and folding storage needs.
Record frame width, depth and height when open; folded size and case-lid clearance are checked separately, in cm.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed placement | Record the open outline and the maximum footprint with a case on it | Guestroom luggage area or beside the wardrobe | Allow for the space an open case lid needs, so it doesn't block wardrobe doors or the walkway. |
| Folding storage | Record folded width, depth and height separately | Rooms where it folds into the wardrobe or against a wall | Check both open and folded states; the storage spot should be easy for guests to reach. |
| For large cases | Record typical case size, weight and opening direction | Rooms for long stays or lots of luggage | Confirm the support area, strap positions and load requirements, then check against the sample. |
| Wall position | Record the distance between wall, skirting and the back of the frame | Luggage area against a wall | Check whether an open case touches the wall, and state any wall protection or stop requirements. |
Simulate taking out, placing and opening a typical case to confirm the space actually needed.
Position it for the space an open case takes

Easy to use open, easy to fold away
For folding styles, check the storage space in the wardrobe or by the wall, and the space needed to take it out.
Define case weight and frequency of use
Include load, straps and joint maintenance in your inquiry, and choose samples by actual use.
Enter width × depth × height in cm, measuring the largest outside dimensions of the finished piece. For round items, enter the diameter as both width and depth. Add drawings in the notes for special structures or combined sizes.
Record the material, color and finish you need above. When you inquire, please provide color codes, reference images or samples; wood grain, upholstery and metal finishes are checked against samples.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then choose another configuration and add it too. Each specification is kept separately and can be submitted together on one inquiry sheet.
Use the additional requirements to note the project location, site installation conditions, assembly method and packing needs. Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed once specifications, quantities and delivery terms are clear.
