Guestroom cabinet-top display
Decide the display area and guest-use area first
Set out the phone, service information and everyday items together, so décor doesn't take over the usable surface.
Inquire by specification
Two decorative jars, oval and tall, for guestroom counters, niches and displays; choose the size for each style.
Record sets by the whole group's maximum width, depth and height, with single-piece sizes and set contents listed separately, in cm.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tabletop sets | Record the top's clear width and depth and the outline of the whole arrangement | Guestroom cabinet tops, coffee tables or side tables | Arrange as in the reference image, then measure, leaving room for guests to set things down and for daily wiping. |
| Niches & shelves | Record usable height, clear depth and edge positions | Fixed displays or wall recesses | Check the highest point and base of vases and ornaments, and say whether they need fixing or anti-slip measures. |
| Vases & trays | Record each piece's outside dimensions and the usable area inside the tray separately | Vases, ornaments and tray sets | A tray's outside size doesn't show how much it holds; trial each piece with the tray. |
| Set contents | List the quantity, size and arrangement of each piece | Repeated setup across rooms or suite sets | Record quantities by set and note each set's list, for per-room packing and later replacements. |
Choose samples for the actual display position in the room, and confirm the combined look along with cleaning and replacement needs.
Decide the display area and guest-use area first

Use reference images to define each set's contents and positions
Mark quantity and arrangement piece by piece, and check proportions, sight lines and how materials look next to adjacent furniture in the sample room.
Consistent set lists and per-room packing
Define the set contents for each room type and record single-piece replacement needs, for easier receiving, setup and long-term upkeep.
Enter width × depth × height in cm, measuring the largest outside dimensions of the finished piece. For round items, enter the diameter as both width and depth. Add drawings in the notes for special structures or combined sizes.
Record the material, color and finish you need above. When you inquire, please provide color codes, reference images or samples; wood grain, upholstery and metal finishes are checked against samples.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then choose another configuration and add it too. Each specification is kept separately and can be submitted together on one inquiry sheet.
Use the additional requirements to note the project location, site installation conditions, assembly method and packing needs. Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed once specifications, quantities and delivery terms are clear.
