What do you need to prepare for logo and packaging customization of hotel supplies?

The more complete your logo and packaging information, the fewer sampling rounds and the more accurate the quote. Below are logo, packaging and destination requirements in turn.

Short answer

  • Logo: vector file (AI, EPS or PDF), color codes (Pantone), where it goes, how big and which method.
  • Packaging: format, size, print content, quantity per carton and carton marks.
  • Different methods suit different products and have different MOQs, so confirm the method before sampling.
  • For exports to the Middle East and similar regions, state label language and other local requirements in advance.

01Logo files

  • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best; they don't blur when enlarged.
  • If you only have images, please provide clear images of 300 dpi or more.
  • Please convert text to outlines to avoid missing fonts.
  • State colors: Pantone codes, or send a physical color card.

02How to choose the method

MethodSuited toFeatures
EmbroideryTowels, bathrobes, bedding, uniformsRaised and durable in the wash, with a lower MOQ
Jacquard (woven logo)Towels, bath towelsWoven into the towel itself; the most durable, with a higher MOQ

Hot stamping, screen printingToiletry bottles, paper boxes, leather goodsRefined, needs a plate

03Where the logo goes, and how big

Please give actual centimeters with a reference image marking the position. Common practice:

  • Towels: lower left corner, or woven into the middle of the border.
  • Bathrobes: left chest.
  • Pillowcases: corner on the opening side.
  • Slippers: center of the upper.

04Packaging information

  • Packaging format: individual PE bag, kit bag, color box, gift box.
  • Packaging size, or send a reference sample.
  • Print content: brand, product name, composition, care instructions, barcode, country of origin.
  • How many per carton, carton size and shipping mark content.

05Destination requirements

Different countries have different labeling requirements. Say so in advance so the factory gets it right first time and quotes accurately. Common ones include:

  • Label language, such as bilingual Arabic and English.
  • How composition and care instructions are labeled.
  • Barcode format.
  • Certification requirements; for example, some brands require OEKO-TEX certified fabrics.

06No design file?

You can start with a reference image, your main brand color and the text to print. We'll make a simple mock-up from it, and sample once it's approved.
