Choose styles around the daily movements of bed-making, tidying and room service. Confirm sleeve length, movement ease, pocket positions and apron pairing, and assess sample garments with your hotel's actual laundry process.
Housekeeping uniforms are fitted with the movements of making beds, tidying and carrying. Beyond standard measurements, check movement ease when reaching up, bending and squatting, and pocket positions.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top movement ease | Chest, shoulder width, sleeve length and body length | Bed-making & room cleaning | Check the back, underarms and hem when reaching up and bending, not just standing. |
| Trouser movement ease | Waist, hip, rise ease and trouser length | Squatting, walking and carrying | Check that waistband, knees and hems don't hinder work movements. |
| Apron & pockets | Apron length and width, ties and pocket positions | Carrying personal items and work tools | Check pocket openings with actual reaching movements, and check positions with everyday items inside. |
| Sizes & spares | XS–XXL or made to measurements | Daily service and laundry turnover | Record quantities size by size for each role, and confirm spare sets per person against the laundry schedule. |

The options are for product selection and do not represent stock. Available specifications, size tolerances and feasibility are confirmed against your chosen configuration and samples.
In the sample garment, make a bed, reach up, bend and squat, checking for pull across the shoulders and back, underarms, waist and hips, and knees. Fit with everyday items in the pockets, and recheck size and movement after a trial wash.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then add other configurations. Each specification is kept separately and can go on the same inquiry sheet. For uniforms you can record quantities by size; for development projects you can record each requirement separately.
Send the product range, specifications, quantities, sample needs and destination, and we will check the quote against your project. Final price, MOQ, lead time and packing follow the quote and what both sides confirm.
