Standing reception
Check the fit by how neat the shoulder line, neckline and front placket look.
Include greeting, handing things over and reaching, and check pull across the shoulders and back and cuff position.
Inquire by specification
For hotel reception and guest-service roles. The reference images show dark navy suits with trousers for men and a skirt for women. Choose sets or individual garments for each role, and confirm sizes against the sample garments.
Front desk uniforms are checked for both a welcoming look and comfort over long hours of standing and sitting. Size labels are only a guide; suits, tops and bottoms are each confirmed against the sample size chart.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suits & tops | Shoulder width, chest, sleeve length and body length | Front desk, concierge and guest reception | Check shoulders, neckline and placket; when fastened, it still needs to allow reaching and stretching. |
| Trouser sets | Waist, hip, rise and trouser length | Reception uniforms with trousers | Fit with the shoes to be worn, and check waist ease and trouser hem when sitting. |
| Skirt sets | Waist, hip, skirt length and slit | Reception uniforms with skirts | Check coverage and stride when sitting, walking and working at the desk. |
| Roles & sizes | XS–XXL, same price for every size | Different staff in the same department | Size tops and bottoms separately, and check underlayers, shoe style and seasonal sets. |
Choose the right option for your project based on how it will be used, what it goes with, and sample approval.

The options are for product selection and do not represent stock. Available specifications, size tolerances and feasibility are confirmed against your chosen configuration and samples.
Not necessarily. Fit and ease can differ between garment types, so check each style's size chart against staff measurements. Wear actual underlayers and shoes at fittings, then confirm body length, sleeve length and trouser or skirt length.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then add other configurations. Each specification is kept separately and can go on the same inquiry sheet. For uniforms you can record quantities by size; for development projects you can record each requirement separately.
Send the product range, specifications, quantities, sample needs and destination, and we will check the quote against your project. Final price, MOQ, lead time and packing follow the quote and what both sides confirm.
