Permanent banquet halls
Make measurement records from the actual chairs on site.
Trial-fit a sample chair first, then confirm the pattern, skirt and bulk sizes.
Inquire by specification
For coordinating banquet and event chairs. Measurements are taken from back, seat and overall height, and the pattern is confirmed with on-site fitting and laundering in mind; for chairs with arms or special backs, please provide photos and sample chair details.
Chair covers are patterned to the actual chair type, not judged by overall chair height alone. The measurements needed are listed below; please also send front, side and back photos of the chair, and for special constructions we recommend a trial fit on a sample chair.
| Selection guide | Sizes & specifications | Fit reference | Selection notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Back fit | Back height, top and bottom width and thickness | Round, square and waisted chair backs | Measure the back at its widest and how its outline changes, and confirm fit at the top, corners and back. |
| Seat coverage | Seat front-to-back length, width and thickness | One-piece or two-piece chair covers | Check seats that are narrower at the front, edge binding and the back joint; a single width won't do. |
| Skirt & legs | Seat height, overall chair height and target skirt length | Floor-length or short-skirt styles | After fitting, check skirt floor clearance, splayed legs and room for guests to move when seated. |
| Special chair types | Arms, openings and fastening positions | Chairs with arms or unusual shapes | Confirm the opening, fitting order and laundering; for event chairs, check stacking and storage. |
Choose the right option for your project based on how it will be used, what it goes with, and sample approval.
Make measurement records from the actual chairs on site.

Number each chair type separately so sizes aren't mixed up.
Confirm fastening and changeover storage against the fitting and removal process.
For chairs with arms, cut-outs or curved backs, send photos with the measurements.
Trial-fit to check stress points, joints and ease, then arrange the full set.
The options are for product selection and do not represent stock. Available specifications, size tolerances and feasibility are confirmed against your chosen configuration and samples.
It depends on the actual chair. Back width and thickness, seat depth, leg splay and overall height can all differ. We recommend measuring and trial-fitting each chair type; for unusual chairs and chairs with arms, also confirm openings and fastening.
Add one configuration and quantity to your list, then add other configurations. Each specification is kept separately and can go on the same inquiry sheet. For full sets, list the specification and quantity of each item.
Send the product range, specifications, quantities, sample needs and destination, and we will check the quote against your project. Final price, MOQ, lead time and packing follow the quote and what both sides confirm.
