Can I choose different colors and fabrics?
You can record color and fabric requirements above; final composition, weave and color matching are checked against color swatches and the approved sample. Photos do not represent the finished product for every configuration.
I need two specifications of the same product. How do I inquire?
Add the first specification and quantity to your list, then choose another configuration and add it too. Each specification is kept separately, and they can all go to the inquiry assistant together on one inquiry sheet.
When are price, MOQ and lead time confirmed?
Once you send the product specifications, quantities and project requirements, the inquiry assistant can help organize your request. Final price, MOQ, lead time and packing follow the project quote and what both sides confirm.
