Supply Chain & Quality

Our idea of quality is simple:
write requirements clearly, produce to the approved sample, and check against it before shipment.

Our approach

Most problems with hotel supplies don't start on the production line,
but with something left unclear at the start: a size a few centimeters off, weight written differently, a color judged from a photo.
So we put the effort in early: specifications, samples and records.

Clear communication

Size, weight, fabric and color
written into the specification item by item before purchasing.

Produced to sample

The sample both sides approve
is the standard for bulk production and inspection.

Differences discussed first

If something differs from the sample,
we explain first, then agree how to handle it.

Specs on file

Approved specifications and samples are kept on file,
and restocking follows the original.

How our supply chain works

From choosing factories to shipping goods,
these are the steps we follow.

01Factories chosen by categoryOver 25 partner factories, so quality is managed at the source.
02Get to know factories firstWe learn each factory's product range and capacity, and only order what they can deliver.
03Follow-up during productionWe follow production progress and check against the approved sample before shipment.
04Several suppliers managed as one, shipped togetherSolves the challenge of managing several suppliers: quality is checked centrally before loading and shipping.
05Long-term restockingRestocking follows the specifications on file, cutting the time spent reconfirming each order.

How we manage product consistency

Keeping batches on spec
comes down to these four things.

Fabric detail of a white hotel towel

Written specifications

Each product's size, weight, fabric and color is written into a specification.

QC staff inspecting white hotel towels

Pre-shipment checks

Size, appearance, workmanship and packing are spot-checked as agreed, with photo records.

Hotel towels stacked neatly in batches

Approved samples kept

Both sides keep an approved sample as the reference for every batch.

Unbranded product quality inspection documents

To destination requirements

Label language and testing or certification requirements are confirmed in advance by destination country and brand.
